Update payment methods

Keep credit cards and bank accounts current to avoid service interruptions.

You can manage payment sources without leaving AuditAlign.

  1. In Admin → Billing, open the Payment methods tab and click Manage in Stripe.
  2. The secure customer portal lets you add new cards, set defaults, or remove expired methods.
  3. Return to the billing page and refresh—the new payment method appears immediately.
  4. Assign a backup card so failed payments can retry automatically.

AuditAlign never stores raw card data; all updates happen through Stripe.
