Manage your subscription
Change plans, pause service, or cancel directly from the billing dashboard.
Admins can adjust subscription settings without contacting support.
- Open Admin → Billing to see your current plan, renewal date, and MRR/ARR.
- Use the Change plan button to switch tiers; proration details display before confirming.
- Pause or cancel via the same panel—choose whether to end immediately or at period end.
- For customised agreements, contact your account manager; they will mirror the update inside AuditAlign.
All changes are logged and reflected in the Stripe customer portal for auditing.
